Had to return the coffee because the server brewed fresh coffee right into the cup, which she then gave me to drink. Ever drank the first 16oz of an entire pot of coffee? Pretty horrible. When I returned it, she was very nice but she repeatedly told me that "that's how we are told to do it..". C'mon, if that's true, please start teaching them the proper way. The second cup was much better.
1st they screw up my breakfast order after waiting for 15mins. 2nd the Quarter Pounder I had for supper was probably cooked at lunch time. Worst McD experience I've ever had! I won't be eating here again!
As a over the road driver, I have been to countless Mcdonalds and can say this is in the TOP 3 WORST Mcdonalds EVER!! Mean ass little workers and Managment is just as bad. Watched a worker argue with a customer who requested they remake her burger that had obviously been old and cold. Hey Mcdonalds, I bet SEARS and KMART never thought their poor service or lack of any customer relations would ever bite them in the a** and look where they are now! Please remember that customers are the single MOST important thing you should CARE about first and foremost!!! Or we can and WILL go elsewhere!!!

5am to 11pm. In a truck stop. Cool. Because most truck drivers I know are on strictly a day shift schedule.
