I had a great experience using Jerry's Towing. Kyle arrived on the spot sooner than expected and worked quickly to get my family off the interstate and to a safe location while we waited to get back on the road again.
My son was in an accident and the towing company where there in Hudson promptly and took care of my son as they made it to our place. The young man working helped explain the situation I had questions about and was patient while I figured the payment situation . I am grateful for their professionalism but also taking care of my 17 yr old.
My daughter is a student a UWRF and her battery went dead in her truck. We were an hour and a half a way in Minnesota. My daughter called Jerry's Towing and while we were on the way to help her. When we arrived the battery was dead and her keys were locked in the truck. When Jerry's arrived not only were they able to unlock her truck but they were able to jump start it so she could get to her class meeting. The driver was polite and sympathetic, I would like to personally like to thank him again and recommend Jerry's Towing as a company you can trust when stranded.

My tire blew out on a snowy day and without me even calling, Kevin stopped to help me out. He made sure everything was taken care of and went above and beyond what I would have expected from someone who was scheduled to stop and help. Without him stopping I wouldnt have had the tools or skill to get my tire changed out in time. Outstanding skill, composure and customer service. I would highly reccomend Jerry's to anyone who is running into car problems, Kevin Parnell saved my day! :)
